Responsibility

Use the right material. Cut the waste.

Sustainability starts with the right fiber, accurate samples and less rework. Certification is the result.

Certificates and standards

Copies and trace codes are provided by lot.

CERT

GOTS

Organic cotton covering farm, processing and trade.

CERT

OEKO-TEX

Standard 100, with grades for next-to-skin and infant ranges.

CERT

RWS

Responsible wool. Merino ranges can include farm traceability.

CERT

GRS

Recycled polyester and nylon, available in performance fabrics.

Three principles

Cutting waste at the order is more effective than compensating later.

MATERIAL

Natural and recycled first

Cotton, linen, silk and wool are the default. Recycled synthetics enter when function requires them.

PROCESS

Lab-dip before bulk

Bulk does not start until shade and hand pass. That reduces dye-lot waste and leftover inventory.

CYCLE

Offcuts stay visible

Leftover bulk can be bought back or moved into next-season stock instead of sitting in a warehouse.
